Redefining basketball representation.

Hoops Agency was created in 2023 after a decade spent inside locker rooms, front offices, and film sessions. We saw how often talented players were treated like short-term assets instead of long-term partners, and we knew the model had to evolve.

Today we operate as a tight, senior-led group focused on a selective roster. That choice lets us sit in on strategy calls with coaches, challenge assumptions in negotiations, and show up in-person when a player needs representation in the room, not just on the phone.

Our North Star is simple: every decision should extend a career, expand options, or protect leverage. If a move does not serve those goals, we slow down, re-evaluate, and design a better path forward.
